Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Must have good communication skills in both oral and written

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and arrange client profile and requirements
  • Responsible in checking and manage stock materials and tools for office and site and place orders
  • Monitor, review, log and process payment request of monthly utilities consumption both in office and project site
  • Maintain and organize company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Responsible for the execution of initial screening interviews, telephone and face to face with prospective applicants
  • Responsible in recruiting of staff and site needs
  • Arranging of travel, accommodations and other itineraries
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data if necessary
  • Conceptualize marketing campaigns to promote company

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least High school Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree or any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field required for this position
  • Must have driver’s license
  • Good communication skills
  • Energetic and familiar in Metro Manila Area

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Delivers, collect and/or pick-up documents/materials
  • Ensure that the packages are ready for delivery in safe manner
  • Perform measurement and ocular inspection in client sites

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Project management, planning and organization, leadership, computer proficiency, good communication, good in analytical and problem solving
  • Knowledge in MS project, Root cause analysis and reliability software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Excellent in judgement, decision making and ability to work under deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and validate the project scope and objectives of the client
  • Secure and manage the resources needed to reach the objectives in an effective manner
  • Develop detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Determine all project resources (time, money, equipment, manpower and etc.) required and prepare/develop project cost estimate
  • Develop risk management plan
  • Identify, review, analyze and eliminate hazards in the working area
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make any adjustment as necessary to ensure the successful of completion
  • Evaluate project work and its impact to the scope, budget and overall target date
  • Manage project and monitor work progress, acceptance test, site visits and inspection.
  • Utilize company best practices, techniques and work standards through the entire project execution
  • Create, develop and maintain project documentation such as project charter, status reports, findings, problem causes and other reports
  • Provide project updates, strategies, adjustments, progress and reporting to the executive management
  • Participate in evaluation and solution of company objectives and business
  • Evaluate and provide root cause analysis problem in some repair projects and identify solutions
